  • Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.
  • Drop off the package at a carrier location.
  • Once the item(s) have been received and inspected by Bloomingdale’s, a refund or exchange will be processed.

Notes About Exchanges

  • If you want to exchange an item, you can do it in-store or online.
  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you may be responsible for shipping costs.

  • Items returned within 90 days will have their refunds issued to the original form of payment.
  • Items returned within 91-365 days will have their refunds issued as a “Happy Returns” gift card. This gift card never expires.

International Returns

  • Bloomingdale’s also accepts international returns; you will be responsible for all shipping costs and taxes.
  • International orders only have a return window of 180 days from the original purchase date.
